I have been with Arlo for several years with basic cameras and decided to upgrade with total security system. I’m beginning to regret my decision.
Customer service is a chore. Arlo outsources customer service to another country. I have great difficulty understanding the representatives. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone.
I am not a happy camper.
Beware.
