Can’t connect hub to Internet. Never been able to since I got it.

I’ve tried add device and it just says device offline.  When I try to get it on my WiFi, it wants me to join Arlo WiFi but that doesn’t connect. This is crazy how complicated this is and now my free trial is over even tho they never fixed it.  So frustrating.

We need all details as to what you've tried and what you see. Did you follow the directions for connecting the Ethernet cable and then power? Which base or hub do you have? Look at the bottom for a label that has VMBxxxx. Tell us what the LED(s) show, including color.

 

Your trial isn't over if you've never connected the cameras. It starts when the camera is first set up successfully.
