Arlo Security hub not connecting

I bought news Arlo Home security hub and sensors and it wont connect to or discover my Wifi. It keeps on prompting to join its own local network like Arlo_2345 etc and then cant connect and just sits there. Support so far is not able to resolve this. Any ideas ?
