Arlo RMA Site stuck/not responding

After lots of fighting with customer support over a warranty replacement, I was finally emailed the link to complete an RMA. But.... after filling out all the shipping information and clicking save (assuming it will go to the next section for payment (I chose an expedited option)), it just freezes and forever loops a spinning purple circle.
I have tried to refresh, start over, use a different browser (Chrome & Firefox), adjust the format of my address, etc...
I am getting EXTREAMLY frustrated....
