App logout

I am logged out of the app too frequently and it is extremely annoying because I failed to get notifications and I'm not able to view my camera feed. When compared against other providers like blink, I never have this issue. Why does the app have to log out at all?

Are you logging in to the Arlo app from another device with the same credentials?

Can you provide more detail regarding being logged out, how frequent etc.?

I am logged out of the app weekly. I am not logged in from any other devices. When it logs me out, I end up missing important notifications.
