All-in-one sensor draining battery

One of my all in one sensor drains the battery in less than a week. It works otherwise, connects to home stations, alerts on open /close but. Have a few of these sensors that work great but this one drains the battery for some reason.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your sensor. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer, including an RMA.
