I've been experiencing a couple issues:

  1. While adding a new all-in-one sensor I get incomplete setup. I tried completing the "Finish Onboarding" using the website and the mobile app and it appears successful. However if you navigate away and back the device once again shows up as incomplete setup. However, I was able to add the device into a routine as an option. 
  2. I am no longer able to arrange my devices using the Web site or mobile app. I get an error every time. 

 

I've tried uninstalling the app on my phone.

I've tried factory reseting the sensor and adding it again.

I've tried using the website.
