All-in-None "play sound" Greyed Out

New and improved problems from Arlo. Regret ever having expensively outfitted with Arlo junk.

Now a new and improved issue...out of nowhere. All-in-None sensors will not allow "play sound" on "access open." That formerly-selectable action is now greyed out--across all Routines. 

Sounds stopped suddenly. Base station (replaced last year because the first one failed after one year) sounds a notification, but the previous "play sound" is neither selectable, nor do any sounds play on any of the chimes.

Tried all the low rent bs troubleshooting...including delete/add, factory resets, battery pulls and battery replacements, and uninstalling/reinstalling the ridiculous, clunky Arlo app.

Zero help and massive time wasted with Arlo support.
