As many of you know these cameras are nothing but a problem, I read these forums to find answers to all the problems i have with my camera. I have 4 other cell cameras out there and this is the only keeps  going down, and problems are the same everyone else is having, I found out one of the main problem is this app. my app tells me my camera is off line but when i log in on the computer its on line, and everytime they update the app another problem occurs, arlo can you fix the old problems before you make new ones, very disgusted with this camera and customer support. we pay to much money for these cameras to have all these problems. please listen to the people and correct the issues
