There are 3 models of the GO...
verizon, at&t, and Netgear's NVMO ( using someone elses network, like a tracfone )
Best info I have as to if it would work there; Verizon works there but it requires an extra fee per day
Not sure if the NVMO model would take a sim from one of your carriers

Thanks for your assistance. I will consider purchasing the NVMO model to use with a Costa Rica SIM card.
