ARLO GO . I been using it for a couple of weeks but now I can't access the app. Why ?

I've been using my ARLO GO for a couple of weeks and it's been great.  But now when ever it advises me there's been motion detected I cant get into the app to view it on my iphone, ipad, or the computer.  what's happened ?
