Videos have no sound on Facebook

Hello. I have an Arlo Go 2 and I have issues saving videos and loading them to Facebook. When I do, there is NO Sound. And no place to turn sound on. I can email or text them and play back sound. Just can never do it to Facebook. Please let me know what I am missing. I do have the new app and it didn’t work on either. Thank you.

I am having the same issue and I have been saving video to A private Facebook Group for use as evidence of ongoing trouble with my daughter. I need sound on those videos.
