Arlo Go sim card issue with switching carrier

My cameras originally came with Arlo mobile plan SIM cards installed. I want to change mobile plans to ATT. I have the ATT SIM card. I inatalled in the camera. I cant get the app to recognize the device. Is the camera dedicated to the SIM card it originally comes with? Anyone know how I can get the camera to work with an ATT sim card?

In the US, there are only 3 models...

Verizon

ATT

Arlo's MVNO

 

To my knowledge, they are NOT switchable
