My original Arlo base died and I bought a new base on Amazon and tried setting it up as directed but I can't get it to sync with the app. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps, reset the brand new base twice and ran the network speed on the app and it looked good but still no luck. I had two different online agents attempt to help me but all of their steps were the same ones I had already tried with no luck. Any ideas?

Have you tried onboarding the base from both the app and from a PC (my.arlo.com)?

Yes, I just tried desktop too. 😞 Maybe something is wrong with the base.

Could be. Are you seeing the base in your router's attached device list?

It does. I just unplugged router, Arlo and did factory reset on everything and it finally worked. Thanks for the input
