I have 9 ARLO Go cellular cameras. The one with the "Arlo" subscription of 20$/month (runs on ATT Network). I recently tried to edit the plan on them from the 20$/month plan to the 5$/month plan during the slow season and it disconnected all of my cameras but 1and now when I go in to "Edit" the plan the "Edit Plan" link goes nowhere. This is crazy..... A few months ago when I first set them up I had to call in just to get the plan upgraded from the free 15min plan to the 120 min plan due to the crappy subscription page wouldnt open up the plan options. Today I called into support then when they finally got my name correct they transferred me to nowhere and I sat for 1.5 hours until I gave up. And stop using FLASH come on....
On a side rant: I have another ARLO setup at home with 4 Arlo cams and 1 Baby Cam and now all the Arlo hd cams say they are offline every day (even though baby cam works) and have stopped triggering. So frustrating!!

Ok so really nice lady helped me in support. I think the thing to do in future if anyone tries this and has trouble is to cancel the old scubscription and then go back and install as if it were a new device and then choose the new subscription level you desire this seemed to remedy the problem. Still having those issues on my Arlo HD cams but ran out of time to talk on the phone today....
