If my Arlo Go is stolen and the thief puts a different sim card chip in it will I still be able to access the camera from my account?

I think you will ( not 100% sure ) since thet also run on serial numbers ( they use ESN / IMEI just like cell phones )

Yes, I had a wifi camera stolen. It recorded the theives until they were out of my wifi range but was just thinking of how to monitor the camera to find its location even if they stole my go and changed the sim card.
