Start new account with previously used email. How do I start new account?

I recently have had an account shared with my fiancé he was the lead account holder. He is now moving out.I purchased the cameras and I want to be the main account holder but every time I try to put in my email to start a new account it will not let me because my email has already been used. How do I start new account?
