Repace 2.4Ghz with 5Ghz Wi-Fi for VMC2040

Hi 

1. Once I have set the camera with the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, and it works fine, is it possible to switch to the 5Ghz Wi-Fi which is faster Wi-Fi?

2. How can I reduce the time it shows the "connecting..." when I open the camera?

1) No - 2.4GHz only (likely for the distance capability over 5GHz).

2) How much time are you seeing to connect? A few to several seconds is normal due to the nature of cloud-based cameras. Your request has to go to the servers, the servers have to connect to the camera, the camera has to wake up and respond to the servers and you finally get the camera view. It also relates to signal strength/quality so the best signal takes less time. A quick test I did here just now provided ~5 seconds to get live view working.
