Problems connecting camera (won't scan QR code). Gives negative buzz and light goes orange flashing.

Trying to setup device for the first time. When I get to the point to have the Arlo go camera scan the QR code it just gives the negative buzz and the light goes to orange flashing. Tried different phones and accounts, same thing each time.

Ideas?

I guess you could try the reset QR code found in the FAQs here. That may help. Is the QR code smudged at all? Maybe taking a picture of it and printing it out larger could help. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here or swap at the store.
