Arlo Go Charging Fault (red indicator). What does this mean?

I have a 40 camera system and half of my cameras, almost over night, started showing a charging fault (red charging indicator). They are all showing 100% battery life, which I knew wasn't correct. I monitor these cameras daily and know the battery levels prior to the charging fault indicator. 

1) What is this indicator telling me?

2) How can this issue be resolved?

Is this on the app? Which one? Have you tried the web client to see if the same thing happens?
