One of the Arlo Go Verizon is offline and will not work even when changing batteries

i purchased my 1st arlo go almost 1 year ago. it was sorta ok the first 6 month so i decided while i was at verizon getting help with that camera that would not charge i ended up purchasing a second camera (arlo go - verizon)(what a mistake) paid cash up front for both cameras at the time of purchase since i didn’t want to be locked into a plan for 2 yrs since there were mix reviews about arlo go’s. while i was at verizon they replaced the one that wasn’t charging with another one? not sure if they replaced the camera or the battery or the cord but i had to send the old one back. both cameras worked fine for a couple months if i was lucky - now once again i can barely get one to charge after all the mumbo jumbo crap taking battery in and out unplugging at least 5 times and nothing has worked on the one camera. i even switched batteries between the two cameras so i know it’s not the battery it’s the one camera. i have been on hold with tech support more hours that i can count and there has not been anything they can do to help. i can not afford to waste days upon days with tech support any longer i’m gone for long stretches of time and need a reliable source to view my property in the country where internet isn’t an option. i am ready to throw these cameras back to verizon - i have been charging the one camera that will charge for 12 hrs and its only at 35% - this cant be normal and i don’t feel that the money i pay every month for service for these two cameras justifies all the freaking pain in the ass bs i have to go thru plus the fact they are 2 hrs away one way - 4 hrs round trip. i just want to get rid of these and get my $ back since they have not been one bit reliable since day one. HELP! beyond frustrated and $865 in the hole plus $40 a month for service if i can even get a camera to charge. arlo needs to get their products straight before unleashing on the public cause right now they SUCK!now i can’t post without putting a wrong label? Wtf????
