Not being alerted/notified when camera detects motion

We are not being alerted when the camera picks up motion. It will record it and save the file, but the alert is not taking place. We are then unable to be notified when someone has activated the camera. We increased the motion sensitivity, but still not working.

Try and togle the alerts on and off a few times ...save too each time
