Arlo Go UK data plan providers

Is Vodafone the only UK SIM provider that works with the VML4030-100UKS or do Arlo themselves provide a UK SIM? I've read that some folk have got O2 Sims to work as they use the same frequencies as AT&T. I've tried both Vodafone and O2 (they both say they have good 4G coverage in my area) but no joy. I can't get the App to find the camera. I get the 'connected to the network but can't connect to the cloud' amber LEDs.

Any ideas?
