I'm unable to access my videos in my library form my computer. I can access the cameras live view from my computer and access everything from my phone. I've tried on a couple computers and several browsers. Maybe it has to do with Java???

What happens when you try to play one? Any error messages? Can you select and download them to play?

There is no error, it just stays on the loading screen forever. If I click to download, it just says the page cannot be displayed.

Flash is disabled by default in recent browser updates. Use the browser menu to enable Flash for at least arlo.netgear.com.
