No manual record or picture option in live view

Recently, one of my three "GO" camera's has been acting up. When I view live, the manual record and photo icons are shaded and do not allow me to click on them to start recording or take a snap-shot.  I have found that if I restart the camera, the ability for such will restore, but after closing live view and re-opening live view the problem returns.  Signal good.  Anyone else experience this?

If you’re using the arlo web portal app via browser then try using the browser incognito or private window and check if the icons are enabled again.
