I've been trying to contact the Arlo legal department for over a month regarding a serious pending legal matter where a litigation hold has already been placed on the videos. Does anyone have a phone number for the legal department? I have emailed legal@arlo.com many times and not even received a confirmation email back. Any ideas? Approaching a deadline and a man's fate is quite literally relying on this evidence.

Did you manually download the videos? If they are already removed from the Arlo Cloud (no longer in the library), then it is too late.

We are reaching out regarding a pending legal matter between Greycastle Services, LLC and Arlo. We have attempted to contact Arlo Legal with no avail and are searching here before moving to the courts. Please advise why arlo has not provided an update since closing our support case without our consent and transferring our case to the legal team with absolutely no contact since. This case has been over two years. Please advise within 5 buisness days.

Yesterday I posted about how ARLO had not responded after years of work on my part and my bill sent to support team. When I posted about this yesterday, my post was flagged as spam and someone deleted my post. I would think that ARLO customers would be disgusted with this type of behavior and I would suggest that ARLO contact me as soon as possible to prevent further issue being raised by actions that prove that ARLO does not support the customer.
