Night Vision do not work

Arlo Go's Night Vision is not working. Nothing changes if I cycle Night Vision option slider under camera settings, the picture during night time is black. Also the IR LEDs are not glowing? Can it be related to aged battery? The battery keeps power 3-4 weeks.

 

The other issue is that signal strength bar is missing in tha Arlo app since... maybe last autumn. In web interface signal bar is displayed correctly.

Almost certainly not the battery.

 

More likely it is a camera failure.  You could try a hardware reset:

I suggest using the "sync" button method, and not assume that removing/readding the camera to you account will clear the problem.
