We have three Arlo Go cameras we use for trapping lost pets. Our app has updated to the new UI and there is no way for us to change the sensitivity that I can find. We have one camera that is down on 15% during the day and we bump it up to 90% at night. The other is stuck on 80% and we need it on 100% at night. What can we do?

You need to go to each camera's settings and then Default Mode Settings, and that's where they should be. Alternatively, you can introduce an automation that will change settings, i.e. increase/decrease sensitivity, for you depending on when you want sensitivity changed. This can be done in Modes/Automations in the Routines tab. If you look for my previous posts on setting it up, it'll save you time rather than trying to work it out yourself.

I don't have an option for Default Mode Settings. This is all I have on both PC and mobile.

Since you're using the original Go cameras, it's likely you're using the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view recordings. The above suggestion is for the new UI that uses Feed. In that case, edit your modes and rules as noted below:

If that's not working, you can try to toggle the camera off and back on. I don't recall if there's a reboot camera selection anywhere in the camera settings but if you find one, try that. Otherwise, you're pretty much stuck with reinserting the battery to get the camera back to a known state.

The app has upgraded to the new UI with Feed so we no longer have the library or mode option. We had the cams set for the day at the lower settings. The battery being removed won't change previous settings. I don't see a reset option either.

Modes are found under Routines. Here's the appropriate FAQ to get you started:
https://kb.arlo.com/000062777/About-Arlo-Routines-Modes-Rules-and-Automations
However, the Default Mode Settings should exist in the camera settings (unless somehow the original Go cameras don't support that). You would need to then need to edit your rules for the camera in any mode that has such a rule and Add an Action to Customize Device to set whatever changes you need.
Reinserting the battery doesn't change any settings - it simply causes the camera to reload the current settings. Have you actually tried this?

We did remove the battery in one last night because it stopped working. I'm going to have someone try the one stuck on 15% here shortly. Unfortunately we do not have the option to change or set up anything under the modes now. My assumption is the Go cams are not supported in the new UI and have been rendered useless to us now.

If the camera is unresponsive, that has to be fixed before you can use the app to change settings.

Camera is responsive and works fine. For the two set at a low sensitivity, we wound up deleting and reinstalling. That took care of the sensitivity issue however they now only record 10 seconds at a time. No way to change it back to the minute like we had them. So frustrating.

There is. Go into the camera settings, and then default mode settings.

That's the problem. I don't have default mode settings.
