My Arlo Go Is Frozen & Will Not Show Live Feed

Arlo Go has been @ my home for 2year only problem so for was batteries .now the cameras just be frozen from yesterday I tried to reboot from the base no change help!!!

You may need to get the camera and pull the battery ( and then replace ) to reset camera
