I have an account and a friend has one as well but I cant view his and he cant view mine

I have an account and a friend has an account. We sent email invites to each other's cameras but when we accept it says "This invitation has already been accepted. Please ask the owner of the account to reinvite you to view their account" Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Do you both have the same arlo app experience? If not they will not be compatible for sharing.
