I have 2 cameras in the same street same location and most of the time they are

Most of the time are in offline, I have reset it ( removing the camera, re install, removing the battery and the sim card), they come back ok on line after a hour came to offline, one of those night my property got robbed and damaged the drywall, went to Verizon, they replace the sim card I thought will change, but no change
