Constant black screen on Arlo Go camera. Tried all procedures to fix. Help?

I have a constant Black screen on my Arlo Go camera. I have tried all the procedures to correct this issue. Anyone have any luck with a fix? Thanks!

Not sure what a black screen is. For recordings? Live view? Both? Just in the app or in a browser, too? All details help.
