Arlo Go in the winter the battery goes dead, even though it’s plug into an outlet. I try bypassing the battery by taking it out. It work a couple of days and then a message said it was off line. Now it won’t work by just being plug in with no battery. What can I do to use it in the winter?

How cold is it when offline? The specs say that it will only work down to -4F/-20C which is typical of all the Arlo cameras that use li-ion batteries.

I have had my arlo go almost two years. I use it at the barn to keep in eye on my horses. It works great during summer when the weather is nice but constantly goes offline when there is a big temperature change between day and night. I had to constantly climb up, unplug, open, pull out the battery, then put everything back to reset. Last week, I wrapped it with an old sock. I haven’t had to reset it since.
