Can't install Arlo Go

Hi

My Arlo Go has not connected to Verizon in 4 months no matter what we have done and with assistance from Verizon. I Googled it and it said the best thing to do was to remove the camera from the Arlo account and then reconnect it. The problem is I swear I had the box with the QR code and I don't. Is it possible to get a replacement QR code? Arlo says I'm not eligible for support and to turn to this community.

Did you click on the "No QR code?" link on the page where you're prompted to scan the code?
