Hi
My Arlo Go has not connected to Verizon in 4 months no matter what we have done and with assistance from Verizon. I Googled it and it said the best thing to do was to remove the camera from the Arlo account and then reconnect it. The problem is I swear I had the box with the QR code and I don't. Is it possible to get a replacement QR code? Arlo says I'm not eligible for support and to turn to this community.
