Can't add new device. Can't watch recordings from my PC but works fine on phone?

When I try to specify which kind of device I'd like to add nothing happens. I have 3 cameras from before. I also can't watch recordings from my PC, but it works fine from my cell phone. Is it something with my computer?

Need many more details. Exactly what have you tried, what do you see? App or web client? Have you tried both? Exact steps taken are needed.

 

Watching videos on a PC for a Go shouldn't be a problem. What OS and browser? Is everything up to date? Again, what have you tried and what do you see?
