Everything worked fine up until a week or two ago. Now, when I log into the Web Portal and see my Arlo Go camera in the upper left corner and it shows that it has service and battery but no longer has a play button to turn on the video stream. I've tried refreshing the page, logging in and out, etc and it just no longer appear. Everything works fine in the Android app and I can stream video. I'm running Chrome browser on a Chromebox (ChromeOS).

I don't have a Go in service but every other camera still has the ability to use live view. Have you tried a different browser and/or a computer to see if it still happens? A mobile browser can be used if set to use the desktop version of the site.

local customer service also could not log in and advised to wait because the problem was with the arlo server. it seems strange because there is no information about it

Is there another computer you can check your login with? Do you have any issues logging in with the Arlo app?

Thanks for the reply.
The app on my phone works fine. Unfortunately, I only have one computer (Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM), but I will ask a trusted friend to log in to my account and I will inform you later.
I have Avast free antivirus installed - maybe this is causing the problem? As I understand from your answer - then there is no problem with the Arlo server..

Others have had problems with certain antivirus packages, especially Kaspersky. It would be worth a quick test to disable any 3rd party antivirus and/or firewall software. Certainly don't leave it that way.

I cleared the cache again and temporarily disabled Avast antivirus, but it didn't work either. I'll try with another computer.
