I was having difficulties with my camera and was instructed to delete and then add again my camera, also to delete the app and reinstall. After doing this, my app no longer shows my subscription usage which I relied on heavily to be sure I wouldn't expire my minutes for the month.
I have not been able to find this information online under my account as well.
Anyone know where/how I can access the usage info?

I have the same problem, I have a case ticket on this but no help, its just another firmware update arlo did that causes this problem. and is anyone else having a problem with app.
