Just purchased 2nd hand Arlo go. Purchased a lebara SIM card as this is what a friend used in hers. I cannot get it to add the device what am I doing wrong. 
do you also have to subscribe to Arlo as well? 

any help appreciated

Make sure your friend also removed the camera from their account. You can't add a camera that's already in some account.
