I have one arlo go in my vacant house, there was a breaking in looks like the siren went off but the intruder had time to cut my wires, when I open the library I saw the beginning of the invasion but suddenly the entire recorded disappear, tech support couldn't find the recorded video, I'm sure the burglar faced the camera because he flew on the spot and didn't have time to make more damages, any suggestion how to find this video or how to do better for future events in order to save those?? Thanks

A Go doesn't use wires - what wires were cut? Do you have the camera on AC power? If so, was the battery also installed? The video should be in the library, even if cut short. Is there a chance you deleted the video? Do you have an SD card in the camera for backups?
