ArloGo in Canada

I recently purchased an ArloGo for use in Canada.  The model that was supplied is a VML4030-200NAS.  I have a Bell SIM card for Canada and switched it out with the provided SIM card.  The camera does not work, it won't let me register/sync it.  Is it because I don't have a 100NAS vs 200NAS?  Is one a US model and one a Canadian model?  I need this camera working tomorrow ASAP!!  Thanks.
