I had a 15 minutes paid subscription with Arlo Mobile. I used all the time in about 29 days. Today the time ran out. I wanted to increase the subscription to 120 minutes. Somehow Arlo made the subscription change to both of my cameras and one of them is not working. At first the camera was working and then it went offline. I looked at my property before it went offline. I then noticed that Arlo said I used 16 minutes when there is no way that I used 16 minutes. I had to cancel both accounts as there was no way to cancel just one.  Has anyone else experienced lost time on their account? When you have a timeframe you want every minute you pay for. I have my Arlo set for 10 seconds clips. No one at Arlo can help and there isn't any way to look at a time

HI @sagethyme

Do you have a case number I can review regarding the issue?
