Both of my Arlo Go VML4030 cameras have stopped creating motion-triggered recordings. Live view works, manual cloud recordings work, motion detection works (amber LED flashes), but no motion events or notifications are generated. I have already removed and re-added one camera with no change. Other non-Go Arlo cameras on the same account still create motion recordings normally.

I believe you need to use the now-available custom modes for this to work.
