The camera is always plugged in with a cable and is on and works normally. But the battery does not charge if I have to connect it in a place without electricity. There is a sign in the software, a picture like a power plug (and not a battery sign)
Please help me what to do

The power connection icon means AC power is connected but it would seem that the battery isn't detected. Have you reinserted the battery to see what happens? Is the same thing seen on the web client (my.arlo.com)?

I took the battery out and came back, still the same. Then you bought a new battery and installed it and it didn't help, the same thing remains.

Does the camera run if only the battery powers the camera? If not, that's the root of the problem - something about the battery connection is broken. If you can verify that the camera connections to the battery all seem proper, it would appear that only AC power is going to work.
