My boss gave me an Arlo Go to add to my system. He wasn't using it anymore. My system already has one Arlo Go with Verizon cell connectivity service. I got the line set up with Verizon, they sent me a new SIM card, I got the system up and running, and I can see live video and audio, but it won't recognize movements or push notifications to my Arlo app. I've gone to Mode and picked the device and "armed" it, but when I exit it "disarmed" itself. I've gone into the edit function of "Armed" and made sure Detects Motion, records video, and push notifications are all checked. Then when I hit "Save" I get an "Operation Failed" error message. I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

Try both the app as well as the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer. For the app, you can try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
