I downloaded the arlo app and tried to sync the camera to the app on my phone and it flashes orange and says that it cannot find the camera to connect. I have removed the battery and SIM card, talked to tech with Verizon, deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still will not work.

I did! And nothing! Ugh! I talked to 4 people with Verizon tech yesterday and 6 today and FINALLY they’re sending me a replacement! Hoping that the next one works! Thank you for your suggestion!!
