Hi everyone.

I have a Arlo Go camera with a scheduled mode as per attached screenshot.

Arm mode is scheduled everyday from midnight to 6 am.

The camera correctly arms at midnight, but at 6 am it doesn't disarm automatically.

I have to switch manually to another mode, then switch back to the schedule to make the camera disarm.

I also tried to add a disarm period to the schedule, but it's not saved. It seems that the "white space" in the schedule should be intended as disarm by the camera.

 

I've already tried to recreate the scheduling or to remove/add the camera to my account.

 

Do you know how to fix it?

That is what you need to do.  I suggest giving that another try.

Thank you for your reply, @StephenB 

I've tried again, but a new "disarmed" period simply doesn't stick.

And I cannot create a new "disarmed" mode because an alert (audio or video) must always be set.

 

The same setup works with other cameras, attached to a base station.

The Arlo Go doesn't work.

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.
