Arlo Go with no WiFi an not wanting motion feature

I have family in SD with 30,000 acre ranch and multiple water tanks without power or WiFi availability, however they do have AT&T LTE service. They need to be able to monitor the water tanks on-demand (not motion sensing). Will the Arlo Go support this application?

As long as the cell service is decent and reliable, I don't see why not.
