Arlo Go will not scan QR code - either from screen of phone, PC, tablet or printed on paper. Also it will not scan the QR code from page 52 of the manual to perform a factory reset. I am using a V-Sim from Vodafone UK and it is active. Arlo Go model is VML4030-100UKS

It's a new installation. I got it working by putting the SIM card in my phone, editing the APN settings, then put the SIM card back in Arlo Go and it works.

Is the battery charged? If this isn't a new installation, did you remove the camera from Settings, My Devices? If new, did you try holding the reset button for at least 10 seconds?
