No. However, how are you testing for motion detection? Are you withing ~20 feet of the camera and moving side to side?

Macimae,
You could try removing and factory resetting the Arlo Go. After the reset is complete, add the camera back to your account as if it were new and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.

						I believe it is a defective sensor. The camera is only 2 1/2 years old. I was told by Arlo that it is not fixable and I would need to buy a new camera. I will not buy another Arlo mostly because of their horrible customer service.
